My role as an Instructional Coach has several different facets, but they all come back to one thing - supporting teachers in their quest to develop lifelong learners!

 

At the elementary level, I partner with our other instructional coaches to support our newest teachers through their first three years in the district. In this capacity, each new teacher is paired with a coach, in order to build a strong, collaborative relationship. Throughout the three years of induction, I meet with my new teachers regularly to listen, ask questions, share feedback, help with goal setting, and more. 

 

As the Instructional Technology Coach, I am available to all teachers K-12. I am happy to work with individuals or teams to support the use of technology for learning. We can meet before or after school or during your planning time. Email me with your questions or to set up a time to meet.
