We’re also excited to share that boys and girls cross country, field hockey, and volleyball each won their respective sportsmanship award in their division.
Below is a highlight each sport and their accomplishments.
- Golf completed its season with a record of 42 wins and 0 losses, which won the Keystone division championship and sent three individual golfers (Zach Rengen, Dylan Anderson, and Lilly Anderson. to the PIAA District III championships. Zach also qualified for the PIAA state tournament where he finished 16th overall in the state Pennsylvania.
- Girls Volleyball qualified for the PIAA District III tournament as the 14th seed.
- Field Hockey finished 3rd in PIAA District III competition where they also qualified for the PIAA State Tournament, winning their first round game, before falling in the state quarterfinal round.
- Girls Soccer qualified for the PIAA District III Tournament as the 6th seed.
- Boys Soccer continued to its run as a lower seed (11) in districts to qualify for the PIAA state tournament. Along the way they upset the 6th seed (Lancaster McCaskey) and 3rd seed (Hempfield).
- Boys Cross Country had two runners (Nathan Landers and Ryan Rojohn) qualify for the PIAA District III Race.
- Girls Cross Country qualified as a team for the PIAA District III race where they finished 7th overall. Lucia Morisani, Jocelyn Saultz, Lindsay McCorkel, Mackenzie Reinert, Emma Faro, and Mary Kuhn all ran for Mechanicsburg.
- Girls Tennis featured the Mid Penn champion in number 1 singles (Taryn Zerby), as well as the runner-up in doubles (Taryn Zerby and Ryma Saha). Taryn Zerby later finished second in the PIAA District III singles tournament where she qualified for the PIAA State Tournament.
- Football finished the regular season 10-0 and the Keystone Division champions. They won the first playoff football game in 16 years advancing to the PIAA District III semifinals where they eventually lost to Bishop McDevitt.
- Four of our teams won their respective sportsmanship award in their division. These teams include boys cross country, girls cross country, field hockey and volleyball.
