Public comment will be received in-person at the Regularly Scheduled Board Meetings, which are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month. Public comment is limited to District residents, with each resident being afforded 3 minutes per person.
The District livestreams Board Meetings for transparency and increased public access. Please note the livestream is intended to be used only for viewing the Mechanicsburg Area School District Board Meetings. The livestreaming platform does not support live public comment. To submit a public comment for Board consideration, please attend the Board meeting in-person.
In addition, members of the public may contact the Board with questions or concerns by emailing the Board Secretary, Greg Longwell at [email protected]. Mr. Longwell will share the feedback with the entire Board. This approach allows for consistency in communication and ensures that the entire Board is made aware of community feedback. A member of the Board or Administration will reply to all questions and/or concerns.
